Growning up, i've always set goals and achieved them. From a very tender age, i've dreamt of my perfect wedding and life with the man i'll live my 'happy ever after'.
i got married at my target age of 26, and earned my title officially as a single mom at age 29.

What went wrong? (or what went right?)

I am Rella, and i'm here to share single parenting in a different light. Being a single parent doesn't stop me from achieving more in life, and it's definitely not to be seen as a 'failure'.

Rella is a Protem Committee member of the National Instructors and Coaches Association representing Fitness and Wellness industry of Singapore, a physical therapist for professional athletes, personal trainer, yoga instructor, and runs 3 businesses on the side all while being a 'Single Mother'.

In this Rise Up talk by 4FUN, Rella shares her personal journey to motherhood while managing her career as a fitness professional and a single mother entrepreneur. She will be discussing the need for moving away from negative stereotypes and calls for a rebranding of the “single mom.”
