If you've got 45 minutes, you've got time for this killer HIIT Burn and Kettlebell workout, developed for 4FUN by trainer Yani AT, @yani.fitness. The routine features plenty of body weight strength moves, but since they're done in quick intervals, they'll keep your heart rate up (the hallmark of a solid cardio workout).
